With the continued developments within a sub-division of our client, they are now actively seeking a number of talented Business Analyst's to assist in meeting a continuously growing demand for complex solutions across the UK.

The candidate will be joining an innovative team as a Business Analyst with the primary focus will be on developing and delivering solutions for both internal and external clients following recognised standards and patterns. The candidate will require demonstrable experience in Agile environments working with senior stakeholders to elicit, capture and analyse requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with senior stakeholders and business users to elicit, capture, analyse, refine and document requirements
  • Representing clients in support of the delivery teams throughout the project
  • Engaging and informing the customer about project deliverables
  • Providing support to the architects, designers and developers in defining the technical solution
  • Validating and implementing the functional and non-functional requirements
  • Assisting in estimating and planning timescales and required resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT trends and best practices
Skill and experience

To get the most from this role you'll have experience of:
  • Exposure to a digital suite of systems i.e. CRM, CMS, Mobile Apps, Social-Media or eCommerce
  • Well versed in Agile documentation including Backlogs, Customer Journeys, Use Cases and User Stories
  • Experience of either SCRUM, XP or DSDM
  • Exposure to a range of requirement elicitation methods i.e. interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops
  • Experience of analysis of both non-functional and functional requirements
  • Experience of the full project lifecycle
  • Ability to work with and influence large groups of customers at all seniorities
  • Excellent communication skills

Beneficial Skills &Experience: 
  • Experience working as a SCRUM Master
  • Current active SC Clearance
  • Quick to learn and eager to pick up new skills
  • Experience managing teams of BA’s
