Although the role will involve communicating with technical teams, the focus for the Business Analyst will be centred around the customer relationship and understanding the business problem/need for technology. The Business Analyst will be required to draw out potential issues faced by a business and suggest potential solutions in collaboration with technical pre sales teams. Key responsibilities •Engaging with existing and potential customers in face to face meetings to establish business problems and issues. •Relate a technical team/solution to the business problem •Manage the relationship between technical teams and non technical end users. •Gather feedback from end user clients in order to gauge and maintain customer satisfaction levels and coordinate and plan future projects. Skills/Experience required Essential Excellent client facing and communications skills Organised and methodical approach to working Proactive and enthusiastic work ethic and “can do” attitude with a desire to learn new skills.
