Due to rapid expansion my client are currently looking to hire talented developers ideally specialising in Java (J2EE) and .NET technologies. Requirements • Skills to a high standard in one or more of the following base technologies:.Net (C# and/or VB), HTML together with design skills, Java, SQLServer, Oracle. Experience in other supporting technologies such as Ruby, Perl, Python, Javascript etc. would be an advantage. • Experience of one or more major operating system from: MS Windows (XP/’03/Vista), Linux, Solaris, AIX • Work with design systems. • Experience of working in a code controlled environment • Experience of working to ‘standards’ – for example testing standards (for example, automated unit testing), working to frameworks, database standards etc • Experience of working to/within a development methodology (such as RUP, DSDM, Agile etc.) would be an advantage • Ability to communicate with team members • Ability to document efficiently – whether for support, training or testing etc • Due to the nature of work suitable candidates must be able to obtain UK security clearance, therefore, must hold a UK passport. Responsibilities My client are looking to recruit the best developers to join the team – to take ownership of code modules and develop them to best practice and coding standards.
