Although the role will involve communicating with technical teams, the focus for the Business Analyst will be centred around the customer relationship and understanding the business problem/need for technology. The Business Analyst will be required to draw out potential issues faced by a business and suggest potential solutions in collaboration with technical pre sales teams. Key responsibilities • Engaging with existing and potential customers in face to face meetings to establish business problems and issues. • Relate a technical team/solution to the business problem • Manage the relationship between technical teams and non technical end users. • Gather feedback from end user clients in order to gauge and maintain customer satisfaction levels and coordinate and plan future projects. Skills/Experience required Essential Excellent client facing and communications skills Organised and methodical approach to working Proactive and enthusiastic work ethic and “can do” attitude with a desire to learn new skills.
